ERP Functional Lead – Finance, Planning and Budget

Leads finance, planning and budgeting capabilities across the IAEA’s Oracle platforms. The role translates business requirements into solutions, governs configurations and enhancements, manages ERP projects and contractors, supports live services, and aligns financial systems with operational needs.

• Lead functional delivery for finance, planning and budgeting systems
• Analyze business needs and design enterprise-resource solutions
• Maintain and document Oracle module configurations
• Manage ERP projects, enhancements and production support
• Coordinate contractors and offshore technical resources
• Advise stakeholders on public-sector financial-system requirements

• Advanced degree in accounting, business administration, management, information technology or a related field, or a first degree with two additional years of experience
• Seven years of progressively responsible Oracle ERP implementation or post-production support experience
• Business analysis, solution design and configuration-documentation experience
• ERP project and enhancement management experience
• English proficiency

• Three-year fixed-term appointment with one-year probation
