Platform Engineer

Build World Bank developer platforms that make software delivery simpler, safer and more consistent. The engineer creates self-service workflows, golden paths, internal portal services, infrastructure automation, standardized CI/CD and policy guardrails aligned with cloud, security and architecture standards.

• Design developer-facing platform services that reduce delivery complexity
• Turn application-delivery friction into reusable self-service capabilities
• Define golden paths, templates and secure delivery standards
• Design and operate the internal developer portal
• Build shared platform services through infrastructure as code
• Provide standardized platform-level continuous integration and delivery
• Embed automated guardrails, policy as code and governance controls
• Coordinate platform design with cloud, security, architecture and observability teams

• Hands-on platform product engineering capability
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
