ERP Specialist (Finance & PPM)

Provides functional and technical support for the IAEA’s Oracle enterprise resource planning platform across finance, grants and programme management. The specialist resolves complex incidents, configures modules, implements enhancements and helps deliver reliable business services.

Department: AIPS Management Section

• Support Oracle ERP finance, grants and programme-management modules
• Resolve complex incidents and service requests as a second-level expert
• Configure applications and maintain module configuration information
• Design, implement and test enhancements, patches and integrations

• University degree in information management, computer science or a related field
• At least five years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise Oracle solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, test patches, implement enhancements and conduct regression tests
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Fixed-term regular appointment for 36 months with a one-year probation period
