Overview
Develops and operates IOM Iraq’s displacement-tracking web and data platforms. The developer maintains websites and portals, creates database objects and dashboards, manages source code, supports data quality, and applies security, backup and data-protection standards across information products.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the DTM website and optimize performance
- Develop and deploy website content and submission-viewer portals
- Create SQL tables, views, functions, queries and stored procedures
- Build visualizations, dashboards and interactive reports
- Support data collection, quality control, storage and sharing
- Manage backups, source-code security and data-protection compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science or a related field with five years of experience, or secondary education with seven years of experience
- Three years using web-development and database tools including ASP.NET, C#, MySQL or SQL Server
- Experience with Git and Microsoft Azure Repos
- Information-management and data-flow experience
- Fluency in English
