Information and Communications Technology Associate

Supports design, development, testing and integration of AI-enabled applications, automation workflows and enterprise platform components for IOM solution delivery teams.

Department: Operations and Mission Engagement Solutions

• Develop and maintain AI-enabled application components using C#, .NET or Python
• Support implementation of AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services and related frameworks
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including document ingestion, embeddings and search integration
• Develop AI agents and automated workflows with orchestration and tool integration
• Integrate AI components with APIs, databases and enterprise systems
• Support AI-assisted software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, code generation and documentation
• Create and maintain automated test scripts for APIs and application components
• Support deployment pipelines, solution packaging, versioning and CI/CD processes

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field with four years of relevant experience, or secondary education with six years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting application development using .NET, C#, Python or similar technologies
• Experience integrating applications with APIs, databases or enterprise platforms
• Experience working in a collaborative team and supporting end users
• Fluency in English
• Right of residence and right to work in Spain

• Fixed-term appointment for one year with possibility of extension
