Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of security controls across software products and services
- Advise on information security policy, strategy and vulnerability reduction
- Develop security-risk measurement criteria
- Evaluate technical architectures and application-security compliance
- Lead identity and access management security solutions
- Build consensus with Member States and multidisciplinary development teams
Requirements
- Advanced degree in computer science, information systems or engineering, or bachelor’s degree plus two years of additional relevant experience
- At least seven years of relevant experience across the listed expertise areas
- At least five years of computer programming in a service-oriented environment
- At least three years of identity and access management development
- At least three years of network engineering experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
