IT Services Support Consultant

Supports IAEA client services by documenting end-user technologies, automating telephone billing and integrating Microsoft Teams with telephony. The consultant helps retire legacy components, analyses billing records, identifies service-desk automation opportunities and supports technology for hybrid events.

Department: MTIT Client Services Section

• Document hardware and software applications used by IAEA staff
• Automate the telephone billing system and related operational processes
• Support decommissioning of the legacy SAMWIN telephony component
• Perform service-desk work and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Analyse telephone usage, billing, cost-recovery and cost data and report anomalies
• Support technologies and processes used for IAEA hybrid events
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Teams integration with telephony systems

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or relevant professional certifications and technical qualifications with proven experience
• At least five years of hands-on experience with end-user device software and hardware
• Experience reviewing telephone billing data, usage, billing records, cost recovery and cost information
• Understanding of telephony systems and Microsoft Teams telephony integration
• Hands-on experience with billing solutions and automation
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Special Service Agreement for 12 months
• Daily fee up to EUR 180 based on qualifications and experience
• The consultant is responsible for health coverage and pension contributions
• Approved duty travel includes subsistence allowance and travel costs
