Digital Business Solutions Internship

Support UNESCO’s Digital Business Solutions projects in infrastructure, user support, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, software development or data. The intern may configure cloud and network resources, assist users, test applications, analyze security findings and build dashboards or digital services.

• Monitor and configure network devices and connectivity
• Set up cloud resources and support migration planning
• Troubleshoot servers, networks and user issues
• Maintain network diagrams, inventories and technical documentation
• Support AI model deployment, configuration and testing
• Prepare cybersecurity awareness and phishing exercises
• Develop and test web or cloud business applications
• Clean data and create analytical dashboards

• At least 20 years old
• Eligible third-year or final-year student, postgraduate student, recent graduate or final-year technical student
• Excellent written and spoken English or French
• Excellent computer and office-software knowledge
• Ability to work in an international team

• Working knowledge of the other UNESCO working language is an asset
