• Lead delivery, enhancement and support of digital solutions and programs for investment operations
• Lead and develop digital specialists, business analysts and project managers
• Engage business stakeholders to identify digital transformation opportunities
• Drive solution architecture, business process design and systems integration

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant IT experience or equivalent
• Master’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience delivering enterprise-level applications and upgrades
• Solid understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies and enterprise architecture
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
