IT Operations Officer (Digital Services)

Support digital-services operations for WFP across Pakistan through reliable IT delivery, user support and operational coordination. The rostered officer helps maintain digital services, resolves technology issues, coordinates service improvements and contributes to systems that enable staff and partners to deliver timely humanitarian assistance across multiple operational locations.

• Support day-to-day delivery of assigned operational activities
• Maintain accurate records and reports for the responsible team
• Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders on work priorities
• Contribute to timely implementation of programme and service plans
• Escalate operational issues and support practical solutions
• Maintain digital services for rostered Pakistan locations

• Relevant professional experience for the advertised role
• Fluency in English
