IT Operations & Service Manager

NATO DIANA seeks an IT Operations and Service Manager in Halifax to run secure technology services. The manager will improve incident and service-level management, oversee providers, maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure operations, implement security controls, lead IT staff, manage procurement and budgets, support strategy and continuity, and build staff digital adoption.

• Lead IT personnel
• Lead procurement, licensing and service contracts
• Support IT strategy, budgets and continuity
• Promote digital-workplace adoption

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related discipline with three years of relevant experience, or ten years of experience without a degree
• Three years of IT service management, people leadership and supplier-management experience
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, identity and access management and endpoint management
• NATO member-state nationality

• ITIL, Microsoft cloud, cybersecurity or service-management certifications
• Experience with ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials Plus
