Enterprise Solutions Architect

NATO DIANA seeks an Enterprise Solutions Architect in Halifax to lead digital systems and data governance. The architect will define architecture frameworks and roadmaps, translate business requirements into secure solutions, lead application, data and integration design, embed security-by-design, assure technical delivery and vendors, align stakeholders, and evolve DIANA’s SaaS platforms.

• Define enterprise and solution architecture frameworks
• Translate requirements into secure and scalable solutions
• Own architecture across application, data, integration and technology
• Lead data governance, API standards and analytics architecture
• Embed security-by-design across solution lifecycles
• Provide technical authority and vendor oversight
• Align lifecycle stakeholders and dependencies
• Evolve DIANA SaaS platforms through agile delivery

• Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or related discipline with five years of experience, or bachelor's degree with eight years
• Enterprise, solution or systems architecture experience delivering complex cloud solutions
• Information, data and integration architecture experience
• Security-by-design, identity-and-access-management and automated-security-testing experience
• NATO member-state nationality

• Government, defence or international-organization experience
• Enterprise architecture or cloud certifications
• ERP, business-intelligence or master-data-management experience
