Job Description
NATO seeks an Engineer in Mons to define requirements for communications and information systems. Summary of Responsibilities
- Engage lifecycle steps for CIS requirement preparation
- Identify and define operational information-service requirements
- Validate deliverables against operational requirements
- Document requirements in use cases and user stories
- Coordinate ITSM requirements with NATO partners
- Own service-operation ITSM processes
- Monitor ITSM performance and continual improvement
- Lead service-management working groups and maintain instructions
Role Requirements
- Degree in business administration, engineering, economics, public administration, operations research, business process engineering or related discipline, or vocational equivalent
- Two years in requirements engineering, IT service management, requirements documentation, service-oriented architecture and requirements-management tools
- Advanced English
- NATO member-state nationality
Desired Criteria
- Incident-management experience
- UML and BPMN process-modelling experience
- ITIL or PRINCE2 certification
