Summary of Responsibilities
- Implement NATO's redundancy, resilience and survivability initiative under the NATO 2030 agenda
- Develop CIS survivability and resilience requirements using PACE principles
- Initiate urgent projects that improve communications resilience
- Support resilience-requirements reviews for the NATO Digital Backbone
- Resolve technical viewpoints with operational, project and policy stakeholders
- Build and maintain repositories, roadmaps and databases of approved resilience requirements
- Design workflows that move resilience requirements from initiation to delivery and acceptance
- Initiate service-level agreement reviews for integration of the resilience initiative
Role Requirements
- At least 4 years of project or programme management experience, including at least 2 years in CIS project management and coordination
- University degree in a relevant discipline with 2 years of related experience, or higher secondary education with advanced vocational training and 4 years of related experience
- English proficiency at NATO SLP 3333
- Nationality of a NATO member state
- Willingness to undertake temporary-duty assignments, operational deployments and occasional travel
- Ability to obtain the required NATO security clearance and medical certificate
Desired Criteria
- At least 2 years of experience in a strategic military or civilian headquarters or international organisation in a similar or adjacent role
- Familiarity with the NATO environment
