Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintain Oracle HCM configurations for payroll, benefits, absence management and staff administration
- Analyse policy changes and their impact on ERP HCM solutions
- Design configurations, testing plans and workflow improvements from business needs
- Manage bug fixes, quarterly updates and HCM incident resolution
- Evaluate and promote responsible AI, automation and predictive analytics for HCM processes
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree with five years of relevant experience or university degree with seven years
- At least two years of experience as an ERP HCM Functional Analyst
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Fluency in English, oral and written
Desired Criteria
- CBAP, SAP, PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience with SAP ECC 6
- Working knowledge of another official UN language
