Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead development of the enterprise architecture roadmap and standards
- Assess technology projects for alignment with architecture and security requirements
- Coordinate infrastructure roadmaps and implementation tracking
- Maintain digital surge-roster readiness, profiles and deployment requirements
- Coordinate technology framework agreements with global suppliers
- Advise National Societies on adopting technology frameworks
- Develop technology blueprints, data standards and knowledge materials
- Support planning, budgeting and reporting for the Digital Transformation Department
Role Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- ITIL certification or equivalent proven experience
- At least five to seven years of progressively responsible professional experience
- At least three years in the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement or international humanitarian or development organisations
- At least five years of IT project-management experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Legal eligibility to work in Hungary

- Experience managing remote resources
- Experience deploying digital solutions in emergency response settings
