Coordinator, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy and Digital/ITT Surge

Leads IFRC’s enterprise-architecture roadmap and technology strategy while coordinating infrastructure initiatives, supplier frameworks and digital emergency-surge readiness. The role connects Secretariat teams and National Societies to improve secure, sustainable digital services and humanitarian response capability.

• Lead development of the enterprise architecture roadmap and standards
• Assess technology projects for alignment with architecture and security requirements
• Coordinate infrastructure roadmaps and implementation tracking
• Maintain digital surge-roster readiness, profiles and deployment requirements
• Coordinate technology framework agreements with global suppliers
• Advise National Societies on adopting technology frameworks
• Develop technology blueprints, data standards and knowledge materials
• Support planning, budgeting and reporting for the Digital Transformation Department

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• ITIL certification or equivalent proven experience
• At least five to seven years of progressively responsible professional experience
• At least three years in the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement or international humanitarian or development organisations
• At least five years of IT project-management experience
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Legal eligibility to work in Hungary
