Information and Communications Technology Officer (Corporate Solutions and AI)

The ICT Officer administers IOM’s Oracle Cloud and enterprise platforms in Valencia, ensuring secure, reliable and cost-efficient ERP, EPM and AI services. The role governs infrastructure, identity, upgrades and recovery while designing responsible AI automations and supporting technology-enabled business transformation.

Department: ERP Solutions and Services Unit

• Administer and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and AI Data Platform
• Monitor platform health, performance, consumption and operational continuity
• Manage SaaS upgrades, environment refreshes and validation cycles
• Design secure infrastructure, backup and recovery solutions
• Administer identities, access policies, roles and audit controls
• Build AI-driven automations and identify process-optimization opportunities

• Master’s degree in management, information technology, computer science, engineering or a related field with five years of relevant experience, or university degree with seven years
• Experience administering Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience enabling Oracle Fusion AI capabilities
• Hands-on experience implementing, monitoring and maintaining Oracle Cloud services
• Experience with Oracle ERP and OCI identity and access policies
• Fluency in written and spoken English
