Product Analyst Intern

Supports product management for AI-enabled digital workplace products by translating needs into requirements, analysing workflows and supporting Agile delivery.

Department: Corporate Experience Solutions Unit

• Gather, document and analyse business and user requirements
• Maintain product artifacts including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis on AI capabilities
• Analyse workflows to identify simplification and automation opportunities
• Support backlog management, requirements refinement and prioritisation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and product demonstrations
• Support validation of delivered functionality through user acceptance testing
