• Analyse historical payroll exception data to identify patterns and root causes
• Build and validate a predictive model for payroll exception detection
• Analyse payroll processing timing data and identify bottlenecks
• Recommend scheduling optimisations for the payroll dashboard
• Develop data visualisations and dashboards for business stakeholders
• Document methodology, model performance and recommendations
• Participate in team standups and contribute to AI roadmap discussions
