Summary of Responsibilities

  • Support multipurpose cash and voucher assistance throughout the project cycle
  • Register, verify and validate beneficiaries and support transfer processes
  • Monitor delivery risks and propose operational corrective actions
  • Operate digital payment and beneficiary-management systems securely
  • Monitor payments, reconciliations and auditable transfer documentation
  • Conduct post-distribution and market monitoring and analyse beneficiary feedback
  • Train staff and volunteers on cash tools, systems and procedures
  • Coordinate integrated implementation with programme, finance and technical teams

Role Requirements

  • University degree in disaster management, social sciences, economics, business administration, international development, project management, humanitarian action, finance or a relevant field
  • One to three years of relevant professional experience in humanitarian programming, community programmes, disaster management, social programmes or related fields
  • Experience in monitoring, reporting and beneficiary follow-up
  • Knowledge of cash and voucher assistance principles and methodologies
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital information systems
  • Working knowledge of English and good spoken and written Spanish

Desired Criteria

  • Training in emergency response, project-cycle management or cash and voucher assistance
  • Experience implementing cash and voucher programmes
  • Experience with digital data-collection or beneficiary-management tools
  • Experience with the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement or financial-service providers
  • Experience supporting emergency operations or delivering training
