Responsibilities
- Define the ERP product vision, roadmap and success metrics
- Prioritize the product backlog across the full lifecycle
- Lead distributed staff and build product-management capability
- Prepare governance decisions and align global stakeholders
- Oversee service performance, releases and security compliance
- Manage ERP budgets, licensing and supplier performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent organisation-wide ERP product-management experience
- ITIL Foundation or higher, or a recognized agile or product certification
- At least seven years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP operations
- At least five years of product-management experience
- At least seven years rolling out, maintaining, upgrading or customizing ERP systems
- Large matrix-team leadership and supplier-management experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
