ERP Solution Architect

The solution architect leads the design and evolution of IFRC's Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP architecture, translating global business needs into secure, scalable solutions and guiding integrations, releases, data management and technical teams across the humanitarian network.

Department: Digital Transformation Department — ERP Product Line

• Design scalable Dynamics 365 solutions from business requirements
• Define functional, technical, data and security architecture
• Guide ERP configuration, customization and code quality
• Design integrations and data-migration strategies
• Lead release impact analysis and end-to-end testing
• Run stakeholder workshops and mentor development teams

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• D365 Finance and Operations or AX certification or proven experience
• At least seven years of relevant IT experience
• At least five years implementing Dynamics 365 F&O or AX2012
• At least three years rolling out, maintaining, upgrading or customizing D365 F&O
• At least five years of business requirements analysis
• Fluent spoken and written English

• Remote duty station may be in any country where IFRC has a legal status agreement and the selected candidate has the right to work
