Responsibilities

  • Support markets to implement product enhancements, resolve bugs and adopt AI within supporter engagement systems
  • Document market requirements and identify opportunities to simplify and standardise fundraising processes
  • Participate in Agile design, testing and training for new system functionality
  • Prioritise enhancement requests, sprint plans and product backlog items with the central squad
  • Guide country offices on readiness, resources, timelines and localisation for new system functionality
  • Support business decisions from fundraising, supporter experience, cost and return-on-investment perspectives
  • Advise markets on data analytics, metrics, dashboards and system upgrade opportunities

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in management information systems, computer science, business administration, information technology management or a related social science field; a relevant bachelor's degree plus two additional years may be accepted
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience in fundraising, mass marketing or high-volume CRM management for NGO operations
  • At least two years of experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud or in fundraising processes including individual giving and transaction or income processing
  • Strong experience in individual giving fundraising processes, operations, strategy, planning, reporting and analysis
  • Fluency in English
