Responsibilities

  • Recruit an average of 15 verified recurring donors each month through face-to-face conversations
  • Collect complete, high-quality donor information for future communications
  • Ensure a positive donor experience and explain donation conditions clearly
  • Maintain conduct aligned with UNICEF and United Nations values in all work settings
  • Use authorised uniforms, materials and verified UNICEF information during donor conversations
  • Participate in induction, training and feedback processes to improve daily performance
  • Comply with service schedules, operational guidelines and information-security policies including PCI DSS

Requirements

  • Bachelor-level secondary education
  • One month of general experience
  • Ability to interact with different types of people and work in teams
  • Motivation to contribute to social causes related to children
  • Ability to manage emotions appropriately during daily work challenges
  • Spanish required
