Supports UNICEF Ecuador face-to-face fundraising by engaging the public, recruiting recurring donors and maintaining donor data quality while upholding UNICEF conduct, image and information-security standards.

• Recruit an average of 15 verified recurring donors each month through face-to-face conversations
• Collect complete, high-quality donor information for future communications
• Ensure a positive donor experience and explain donation conditions clearly
• Maintain conduct aligned with UNICEF and United Nations values in all work settings
• Use authorised uniforms, materials and verified UNICEF information during donor conversations
• Participate in induction, training and feedback processes to improve daily performance
• Comply with service schedules, operational guidelines and information-security policies including PCI DSS

• Bachelor-level secondary education
• One month of general experience
• Ability to interact with different types of people and work in teams
• Motivation to contribute to social causes related to children
• Ability to manage emotions appropriately during daily work challenges
• Spanish required

• Five-hour daily service schedule in rotating shifts from Tuesday to Saturday
• Work takes place in public and private fundraising spaces
• Monthly allowance: USD 459.93 during the initial short-term contract
• Life and service-accident insurance are provided
• Extension to a long-term assignment is possible but not guaranteed
