Digital Impact Associate

The Digital Impact Associate provides second-level ICT support from UNICEF’s Kharkiv Field Office, with occasional travel to Dnipro and Poltava. The role administers desktops, servers and networks, configures system components, maintains documentation, processes service requests and helps staff use new software and equipment.

Department: Kharkiv Field Office

• Administer desktop and server operations and routine ICT services
• Install and configure hardware, software and system components
• Provide second-level customer support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain technical documentation and process user requests
• Support network, telecommunications and service-management activities
• Travel occasionally to Dnipro and Poltava field offices for ICT support

• Secondary education supplemented by formal training in computer science, information systems, telecommunications or engineering
• At least six years of relevant ICT, telecommunications, help-desk, systems, network or desktop-support experience
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian

• Occasional travel to Dnipro and Poltava is expected
