Overview

Supports UNICEF's global HR administration by improving recruitment processes, coordinating systems, assuring service quality, sharing knowledge and training colleagues so transactions are accurate, timely, compliant and responsive to HR teams, process owners and partner units worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and process support for recruitment administration services
  • Coordinate HR systems and resolve process-support requirements
  • Identify and implement business-process improvements
  • Conduct quality assurance across HR administration transactions
  • Develop and deliver technical and process training
  • Maintain and share operational knowledge with HR colleagues
  • Collaborate with HR teams, process owners, technical teams and partner units

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education
  • At least six years of relevant HR experience, or at least two years for candidates with a relevant bachelor's degree
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced computer literacy and experience with office software, enterprise databases and electronic filing systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Service Gateway
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Hungarian or EU or Schengen nationality, or a valid long-term Hungarian residence and work permit
