Responsibilities

  • Design a staff competency development plan aligned with UNICEF values
  • Implement soft-skills strengthening activities for UNICEF Nicaragua personnel
  • Provide specialised institutional coaching support
  • Promote professional and personal growth among staff
  • Conduct a follow-up activity to reinforce skills and workplace application
  • Prepare methodology, schedule, budget and deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in organisational psychology, human resources, executive coaching, organisational development or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in executive coaching, soft skills development and leadership
  • Experience designing and implementing mentoring programmes and organisational development workshops
  • Strategic capacity to integrate organisational focus and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for virtual and in-person work
  • Fluent Spanish
