National Consultor en Educación

Provides technical assistance to UNICEF Argentina and Entre Rios education counterparts on education-to-work policies, competency development for adolescents and youth, and provincial mapping of relevant education provision.

Department: Education Programme

• Advise UNICEF Argentina on education-to-work policy and programme priorities
• Support the Entre Rios education authority with mapping education provision for work-related competencies
• Systematise and characterise provincial education policies for competency development
• Define strategies to strengthen Education, Work and Production Councils
• Coordinate exchanges with UNICEF and provincial counterparts
• Prepare meeting minutes, technical follow-up reports and digital presentations
• Conduct provincial visits to collect information and support meetings with education authorities

• University degree in education sciences, political science, social sciences or related fields
• At least 10 years of proven experience working directly in, or supporting governments or international organisations on, technical-professional education or competency development for adolescents and youth within the education system
• Experience designing and planning education policies, regulatory frameworks and strategies linking education with work and the productive sector
• Experience preparing technical documents and reports and systematising information for project monitoring
• Fluency in Spanish

• National consultancy for 10 months
• Consultancy is remote with visits to Entre Rios province to collect information
