Responsibilities

  • Analyse gender and inclusion barriers affecting girls' access, retention, transition and educational success
  • Develop a multi-year operational action plan addressing gender and inclusion barriers
  • Integrate gender and inclusion into implementation of the national education and training plan
  • Design capacity-building plans tailored to institutional and community actors
  • Coach the national technical assistant to deliver training and transfer skills
  • Develop practical gender-responsive and inclusive tools and approaches
  • Review programming and reporting documents for gender and inclusion sensitivity

Requirements

  • Master's-level degree in gender, inclusion, education, social sciences or an equivalent field
  • At least five years of professional experience integrating gender and inclusion
  • Fluent spoken and written French
