Responsibilities
- Analyse gender and inclusion barriers affecting girls' access, retention, transition and educational success
- Develop a multi-year operational action plan addressing gender and inclusion barriers
- Integrate gender and inclusion into implementation of the national education and training plan
- Design capacity-building plans tailored to institutional and community actors
- Coach the national technical assistant to deliver training and transfer skills
- Develop practical gender-responsive and inclusive tools and approaches
- Review programming and reporting documents for gender and inclusion sensitivity
Requirements
- Master's-level degree in gender, inclusion, education, social sciences or an equivalent field
- At least five years of professional experience integrating gender and inclusion
- Fluent spoken and written French
