Responsibilities
- Research and share innovative People and Culture practices in learning, development and digitalisation
- Support volunteer recruitment, career development and performance management
- Analyse HR issues and recommend actions under formal guidelines
- Design and deliver staff learning plans with business owners
- Map competencies and support talent pipeline development
- Lead development of the Country Office People and Culture SharePoint page and HR process digitalisation
- Analyse HR data and develop collection systems for quarterly reporting
Requirements
- Specialization in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field
- Advanced knowledge of human resources management principles and concepts
- Ability to identify issues, conduct rigorous research and make conclusions and recommendations
- Strong research, planning and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of information technology systems and tools
- Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse organisation
- French required
