Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the DEI and RWP SharePoint intranet hub
- Draft internal communications, event announcements and promotional content
- Compile workforce diversity data and prepare analytic documents
- Track participation and learning records for programme reporting
- Prepare participant-facing materials for learning sessions
- Support session logistics, registration, communications and evaluations
- Draft meeting minutes, action trackers and programme documentation
- Maintain stakeholder contact lists and engagement tracking
Requirements
- Completed three years of full-time university studies in human resources, law, psychology, social sciences, international relations or a related field before assignment start
- Enrolled in a qualifying university course or graduated within eighteen months of application
- Expert knowledge of English

- Geneva allowance is up to CHF 739 per month for local permanent residents and CHF 1,680 for others
