Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the DEI and RWP SharePoint intranet hub
  • Draft internal communications, event announcements and promotional content
  • Compile workforce diversity data and prepare analytic documents
  • Track participation and learning records for programme reporting
  • Prepare participant-facing materials for learning sessions
  • Support session logistics, registration, communications and evaluations
  • Draft meeting minutes, action trackers and programme documentation
  • Maintain stakeholder contact lists and engagement tracking

Requirements

  • Completed three years of full-time university studies in human resources, law, psychology, social sciences, international relations or a related field before assignment start
  • Enrolled in a qualifying university course or graduated within eighteen months of application
  • Expert knowledge of English
