Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an email marketing strategy to drive engagement, conversion and retention
- Design and optimise automated email journeys, onboarding campaigns, re-engagement campaigns and personalised communications
- Create strategic newsletter and targeted campaign content for different lifecycle stages and personas
- Analyse campaign performance, segment audiences and use insights to improve outreach and conversion
- Collaborate with product, analytics, content and partnership teams to align messaging and support key initiatives
- Document best practices, workflows and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Ensure email communications comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and relevant best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- At least five years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing or corporate communications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email automation platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create effective email content
- Experience interpreting data, segmenting audiences and optimising campaigns for growth
- Fluency in English
