Summary of Responsibilities

  • Act as primary China focal point for assigned Forum Centres, localizing global initiatives
  • Lead planning and execution of Forum activities in China
  • Curate and produce China-originated content and insights
  • Build and manage relationships with government, business and academic stakeholders
  • Lead design and delivery of events, dialogues and regional programming
  • Identify cross-system intersections such as AI, digital transformation and finance
  • Support Beijing office strategic direction and thematic priorities

Role Requirements

  • 8+ years formal work experience with reputable organizations
  • Master's degree or above in a relevant discipline
  • Near-native fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Strong proficiency in using AI tools

Desired Criteria

  • Strategy consulting experience a strong plus
  • Deep understanding of China policy, business and innovation landscape
