Digital Communications and Content SpecialistNew

FAO seeks a PSA Digital Communications and Content Specialist in Hanoi for Vietnamese digital publishing and youth engagement. The consultant will run the editorial calendar, create social, web and visual content, coordinate field storytelling and suppliers, maintain the website and asset library, monitor audience performance, train focal points, and report youth-engagement results and risks.

• Manage the editorial calendar and publication process for FAO Viet Nam Facebook and website
• Develop Vietnamese-language posts, web stories, videos, social cards and infographics
• Coordinate field storytelling and maintain an accessible digital asset library
• Create bilingual templates and practical guidance for programme teams
• Update website pages and monitor audience, video and web performance
• Coordinate youth-engagement content, opportunities and quarterly participation updates

• University degree in Communications, Journalism, International Development, International Relations, Agriculture or related field
• Five years relevant experience in digital communications, content production and youth engagement
• Working knowledge of English and Vietnamese
• Vietnamese nationality or valid Vietnamese work permit

• Experience supporting high-level events, conferences and webinars
• Experience with social-media platforms, visual-content production and web management
• UN-system experience and agrifood-systems knowledge
