Job Description

Reporting to the Digital Communications Advisor, the officer produces digital content, manages social platforms and email campaigns, grows audiences, monitors engagement and contributes data-driven insights for the MSF Access communications network.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Create infographics, visuals, videos, animations, social-media posts and web articles for MSF Access
- Implement and manage online platforms and third-party tools to publish content on time and according to best practices
- Develop online-community engagement strategies and monitor comments for appropriate responses
- Collaborate on the monthly newsletter and email campaigns with the Digital Advisor and consultant
- Contribute to audience-growth strategies and impact reporting for data-driven improvement
Role Requirements
- Degree in communication, journalism or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience developing and executing social-media and web content
- Experience producing graphics and video for digital platforms
- Proficiency in English
Desired Criteria
- Experience with email marketing is a plus
- Additional languages are considered an advantage
