Project Manager

Leads multichannel communications and fundraising productions for MSF's Communications and Fundraising department in the Netherlands. The project manager turns briefs into deliverable plans, coordinates internal teams and external suppliers, monitors schedules, budgets and risks, keeps stakeholders informed, and improves project controls so campaigns, direct mailings, magazines and annual reports are delivered on time and to quality expectations.

• Translate briefs into feasible production plans
• Monitor schedules and communicate changes or bottlenecks
• Set priorities when interests or deadlines conflict
• Identify risks and adjust plans when time, quality or budgets are under pressure
• Keep stakeholders informed throughout projects
• Manage project budgets

• Experience managing complex projects or campaigns involving multiple disciplines and suppliers
• Experience with print productions including direct mailings, magazines and annual reports
• At least five years of project or traffic-management experience
• Project-management and budget-management experience
• Strong Dutch and English language proficiency

• One-year contract with possible extension
