Project Manager ERP

Drives day-to-day delivery of a complex IATA business-transformation programme, connecting business stakeholders, functional teams, technical experts and programme leadership. The project manager maintains plans, schedules and delivery controls; coordinates dependencies and workshops; supports requirements, testing and deployment; manages risks and reporting; and improves governance, project controls and cross-functional execution.

• Maintain project plans, schedules, actions, dependencies and deliverables
• Track progress and provide status updates to programme leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and resolve delivery blockers
• Facilitate workshops and track resulting actions
• Support requirements gathering, solution discussions, testing and deployment planning
• Monitor risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Prepare governance reporting, KPI tracking and project documentation
• Improve delivery efficiency and project controls

• Engineering background, preferably computer engineering
• PMP certification
