Senior Manager Compliance Programs and Projects

Leads compliance input to new products, services and transformation projects, ensuring regulatory risks are identified and controlled. The role develops compliance programmes, process improvements and technology-enabled controls while advising Legal, IT and business teams on regulatory integrity.

• Assess regulatory risks for cross-divisional projects and new initiatives
• Design and implement compliance programmes and solutions
• Lead compliance enhancement projects using technology and process automation
• Support legal reviews of projects with regulatory-compliance impact
• Partner with IT teams to improve compliance controls and processes
• Develop business requirements for new compliance processes and controls

• Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Law
• Strong understanding of anti-money-laundering, economic-sanctions and financial-regulation risks
• Fluency in English and French

• At least seven years of direct compliance and project-management experience in financial services
• CAMS or CFE certification
• Background in project management, audit or operational risk
• Knowledge of additional languages
