Country Manager Uzbekistan

Represents IATA in Uzbekistan while leading implementation of the Billing and Settlement Plan. The Country Manager builds government and industry relationships, oversees BSP operations and advocacy, monitors the market and coordinates local delivery with regional and global teams.

• Manage BSP implementation and pilot operations with airlines, agents, CRS, DPC, and system providers
• Ensure consistent training delivery and stakeholder communication for BSP matters
• Build relationships with government authorities, airlines, agents, suppliers, and service providers
• Promote IATA policies, products, services, activities, and objectives in Uzbekistan
• Monitor aero-political, economic, and commercial developments and recommend actions
• Ensure local implementation of global projects, corporate compliance, events, and representative duties

• University degree in business, economics, public administration, political science or a related discipline
• At least ten years of professional experience including three to five years in a similar role
