Analyst Agency Participation

Supports airline-agency accreditation operations for assigned markets, focusing on defaults, irregularities and risk controls. The analyst maintains agency records, manages compliance actions and coordinates with outsourced operations, agents and field offices to deliver reliable IATA services.

• Transmit accreditation matters to markets through Agency Information Relay Services
• Support outsourced operations and delivery of the IATA service promise
• Manage agency closures, banking updates, direct-debit setup and accreditation codes
• Maintain agency-management records and associated systems
• Manage risk controls for irregularities, financial assessments, suspensions and reinstatements
• Execute compliance actions raised by remittance, settlement and collection support teams
• Support outsourced operations, agents and field offices on accreditation matters
• Contribute to the BSP Agency Growth Program

• At least three years of experience in a business-support function
• Excellent organisational and customer-service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken English
