Summary of Responsibilities
- Transmit accreditation matters to markets through Agency Information Relay Services
- Support outsourced operations and delivery of the IATA service promise
- Manage agency closures, banking updates, direct-debit setup and accreditation codes
- Maintain agency-management records and associated systems
- Manage risk controls for irregularities, financial assessments, suspensions and reinstatements
- Execute compliance actions raised by remittance, settlement and collection support teams
- Support outsourced operations, agents and field offices on accreditation matters
- Contribute to the BSP Agency Growth Program
Role Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a business-support function
- Excellent organisational and customer-service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken English
