Summary of Responsibilities

  • Transmit accreditation matters to markets through Agency Information Relay Services
  • Support outsourced operations and delivery of the IATA service promise
  • Manage agency closures, banking updates, direct-debit setup and accreditation codes
  • Maintain agency-management records and associated systems
  • Manage risk controls for irregularities, financial assessments, suspensions and reinstatements
  • Execute compliance actions raised by remittance, settlement and collection support teams
  • Support outsourced operations, agents and field offices on accreditation matters
  • Contribute to the BSP Agency Growth Program

Role Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in a business-support function
  • Excellent organisational and customer-service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • BSP or CASS knowledge
  • Experience in a multicultural environment
