Summary of Responsibilities

  • Support contract implementation and data delivery for Direct Data Solution clients
  • Provide operational and delivery support across Business Intelligence Services products
  • Maintain product-support procedures, client master tables and delivery records
  • Monitor usage, data validation, product performance, user access and satisfaction
  • Deliver webinars, product training and supporting manuals
  • Test products, log incidents and follow up issue resolution
  • Develop product specifications and support enhancements after implementation
  • Coordinate data analytics, project activities and stakeholder relationships

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or an equivalent degree
  • Three to five years of experience in business-intelligence operations
  • Experience with end-to-end operations supporting data exchange with aviation stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Desired Criteria

  • Experience in a multicultural or commercial environment
  • Familiarity with IT languages and business-intelligence tools
  • Technical-solution knowledge
