Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

Provides technical accounting and business advice on complex transactions, strategic initiatives and financial reporting. The role strengthens accounting policy, governance and controls by translating IFRS requirements into practical recommendations for business leaders and cross-functional teams. • Review complex contracts and transactions for accounting and financial-reporting implications
• Advise stakeholders on revenue recognition, contract structuring and IFRS requirements
• Prepare technical accounting analyses, recommendations and position papers
• Support strategic initiatives, transformation projects and new business models
• Develop accounting policies, guidance and finance best practices
• Strengthen audit readiness, financial governance and reporting controls

• Chartered Professional Accountant designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Deep IFRS expertise for complex and non-routine transactions
• At least 10 years of progressive technical accounting, advisory, reporting, audit, corporate-finance or controllership experience
• Experience preparing technical accounting memoranda and presenting conclusions to senior leadership or auditors
• Fluent English

• Big Four accounting advisory or comparable experience
