Supports IATA’s invoicing and collection operations for P&S-IFS business units, helping keep billing, customer data, revenue reporting and debt-collection activities sound. The analyst processes recurring and ad-hoc invoicing, resolves billing issues with customers and internal teams, produces operational reporting, and contributes to improvements in invoice, collection and data-quality processes.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Perform monthly invoicing for non-ISS P&S-IFS business units and process ad-hoc invoicing requests
- Keep billing-contact data current and obtain changes in customer information
- Prepare and run customer campaigns on billing events and debt collection
- Provide escalation support on credit notes, billing information and customer balances
- Analyse ISS prices and revenues and prepare billing-activity data and reports
- Contribute to projects that enhance invoicing, collection and reporting processes
- Produce operational reports on revenue, participation, suppliers and Data Processing Centre information
- Improve invoicing quality and the readiness of customer and product data
Role Requirements
- University degree in business administration, finance or a related field
- Good PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Thorough and systematic approach to work
Desired Criteria
- Experience in invoicing, collection or finance departments, or deploying invoice solutions in a consulting firm
- Understanding of relational database systems and familiarity with IATA systems
