Leads the selection and implementation of a project and programme management platform for UNJSPF’s investment office, translating workflows into technical requirements, managing procurement and vendor evaluation, coordinating deployment and establishing governance, reporting and adoption practices.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Map current processes and define technical requirements, process maps and future-state workflows
- Prepare procurement requirements and manage vendor evaluation, comparison and recommendation documentation
- Develop the business case, cost-benefit analysis and procurement evaluation report
- Produce executive status reports, board materials, adoption dashboards and benefits tracking
- Establish the project governance framework, lifecycle, templates, reporting standards and tool procedures
- Coordinate the vendor go-live plan, user acceptance testing and deployment checklist
- Lead stakeholder engagement, roadmap development, change management and project monitoring
- Complete project closure, lessons learned, knowledge transfer, operational handover and final acceptance
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in computer science, project management or a similar field, or first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least five years of project management and stakeholder-engagement experience
- Experience leading one to three enterprise-wide project management tool implementations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Excel
- Ability to track project status, raise alerts and maintain current reporting
- Ability to plan, organise and oversee all stages of the project
- Workflow design and process-mapping capability
- Fluency in English
