Overview
Supports UNODC anti-corruption projects in Ukraine through planning, coordination, monitoring and operations. The associate develops tools, tracks milestones, budgets and risks, coordinates training and procurement, supports reporting and compliance, manages project records and contributes research and lessons learned.

Responsibilities
- Support project plans, budgets, procurement and risk mitigation
- Coordinate training, workshops, meetings and service providers
- Maintain monitoring tools, progress trackers and risk registers
- Prepare and quality-assure reports, minutes and donor submissions
- Track milestones, reporting deadlines and budget expenditure
- Coordinate procurement, travel, transport and inventory support
- Support project recruitment, deliverables and payment requests
- Maintain project files and contribute research and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Secondary education with six years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with two years
- Experience in project management, administration, operational or logistical support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and web-based management systems
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Previous work in Ukraine and ability to operate in a challenging environment
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
