Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative services, travel, vendor payments, office space and technology needs
  • Prepare correspondence on financial, budget and programme matters for stakeholders
  • Coordinate trust-fund budget submissions, financial agreements, reports and extensions
  • Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and support cost-plan implementation
  • Prepare Umoja transactions, business-intelligence outputs and Power BI dashboards
  • Monitor programme delivery, analyse documents and track corrective and follow-up actions
  • Maintain programme and financial databases and support meetings, conferences and presentations

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in an eligible field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
  • At least two years of experience in administration, budget and financial management, programme or project management, or a related area, subject to stated examination exceptions
  • English at UN Level II in reading, writing, listening and speaking
