Senior Programme Manager

Manages a programme delivering diverse services in Afghanistan, ensuring outputs are achieved within agreed tolerances for time, cost, scope, quality, risk and benefits.

• Deliver assigned UNOPS outputs in line with workplan requirements
• Coordinate with supervisors, partners and operational teams
• Prepare documentation, reports and follow-up records
• Monitor quality, risks and implementation progress
• Support compliant delivery of services for partners and beneficiaries

• Relevant education and professional experience for the published UNOPS level
• Ability to deliver the duties and outputs described in the vacancy
• Required language proficiency stated in the vacancy
