Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Expert

Strengthens monitoring, evaluation and learning for the WHO-DFAT-NDoH Partnership by improving plans, indicators, reporting, adaptive learning and development partner mapping.

Department: WHO Country Office, Papua New Guinea

• Develop and update the partnership monitoring, evaluation and learning implementation plan
• Review indicators, baselines, targets and reporting tools
• Prepare mid-year and annual progress reports
• Support adaptive management using monitoring findings and lessons learned
• Organize field missions and monitoring visits
• Develop a development partner mapping and tracking database
• Mentor WHO staff and counterparts on monitoring and reporting

• University degree in programme management, monitoring and evaluation, public health, social sciences or a related field
• At least three years of relevant monitoring, evaluation, learning, programme management or reporting experience
• Experience with donor-funded programmes
• Excellent English written and spoken proficiency

• Twelve-month consultancy with a six-month initial probation
• Monthly remuneration of PGK 10,000
