Responsibilities
- Develop and update the partnership monitoring, evaluation and learning implementation plan
- Review indicators, baselines, targets and reporting tools
- Prepare mid-year and annual progress reports
- Support adaptive management using monitoring findings and lessons learned
- Organize field missions and monitoring visits
- Develop a development partner mapping and tracking database
- Mentor WHO staff and counterparts on monitoring and reporting
Requirements
- University degree in programme management, monitoring and evaluation, public health, social sciences or a related field
- At least three years of relevant monitoring, evaluation, learning, programme management or reporting experience
- Experience with donor-funded programmes
- Excellent English written and spoken proficiency
