Salary

PGK 10,000 per month

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update the partnership monitoring, evaluation and learning implementation plan
  • Review indicators, baselines, targets and reporting tools
  • Prepare mid-year and annual progress reports
  • Support adaptive management using monitoring findings and lessons learned
  • Organize field missions and monitoring visits
  • Develop a development partner mapping and tracking database
  • Mentor WHO staff and counterparts on monitoring and reporting

Requirements

  • University degree in programme management, monitoring and evaluation, public health, social sciences or a related field
  • At least three years of relevant monitoring, evaluation, learning, programme management or reporting experience
  • Experience with donor-funded programmes
  • Excellent English written and spoken proficiency
