Job Description
Coordinates country-office ICT services and end-user support for IOM Venezuela. The role maintains networks, systems, cloud services and security controls, resolves technical incidents, and supports business continuity. It documents technology services, liaises with specialist teams and suppliers, and trains ICT assistants and users so the mission’s digital operations remain reliable and secure.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Supervise ICT staff and oversee daily work
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support
- Administer network connectivity, systems and cloud services
- Monitor systems and networks and resolve performance issues
- Implement and test business and disaster-recovery plans
- Respond to security incidents and maintain the IT risk register
- Coordinate cybersecurity rollouts with regional and central teams
- Maintain technical documentation, asset inventory and operating procedures
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with five years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with seven years
- Experience in LAN/WAN networking and Tier-2 network or desktop support, including one year in cloud computing
- Fluency in English and Spanish, oral and written
Desired Criteria
- CCNA, ITIL V4, Prince2, Microsoft 900 or Azure certification
