Delivery Team Lead - Core Functions

Leads technology solution delivery for Global Fund core functions supporting the grant lifecycle. The role aligns functional architecture, IT products and business priorities; manages internal and vendor delivery teams; and steers planning, testing, change management and platform integration to ensure reliable, high-quality application services for business users.

• Lead solution delivery across the application lifecycle for core functional domains
• Manage delivery teams, vendors, resources and escalations for business partners
• Define scope, functional design, specifications and delivery plans for technology initiatives
• Coordinate testing, end-user training and change management for deployed solutions
• Integrate Salesforce, Oracle ERP, SaaS and data-and-analytics components into delivery
• Manage IT procurement, capacity, enterprise architecture and service-center collaboration
